In 2002 Brett Blake was charged with inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and assaulting a public officer in Perth, Australia. Is he guilty? You be the judge. Only Brett can manage to make a story of police brutality, learning disabilities, questionable 90s parenting and growing up in a shit suburb "funny".
